Punjabi by Nature is a Delhi based fine dining brand that’s a medley of contemporary elements with a strong connect to its North Indian culinary flavor. For their stand-alone space in Bangalore, the site was a 1510 sq. m piece of land in Koramangala which had to accommodate the restaurant and lounge spaces, while capitalizing on the salubrious weather of the city.
Bangalore is one of the few cities in India where you can enjoy al-fresco dining throughout the year. The space was designed as a series of covered, semi-covered and open to sky courtyards interspersed with indoor seating. This layout helps pull the landscape and water body into a seamlessly woven indoor-outdoor experience.
